sisters

• I'm still so tired today.  It's going to take me some time to recover from missing an entire night's sleep.  I couldn't help myself though, I went through the birth photos even though my eyes are bleary.
• Katie and Yiya, I walked into the living room and saw the two of you snuggled up together watching a movie.  So sweet.  I loved how your arms and legs were intertwined.  
• Jane, your friend Ellen came over for some drawing lessons.  You said you were really happy with the results.  She's a quick study and made drastic improvements in just a couple hours.  
• George, you haven't been in a lot of photos lately because you really don't want to be photographed.  I'm trying to be patient and respectful of your wishes, but it's so hard because you're so darn cute.
• George and Lila, I took you to the pool at Blue Mountain Park this evening for a cool down before bed.  Katie, I forced you to come along and bring your camera.  You're doing really well shooting in manual.  I'm impressed.  You did a lot of experimenting with the flowers, using the light in different ways.  Nice work!
