day 13: 67 days of summer

Day 13. Katie had an early morning shift at Superstore. She was delighted to be up and at ‘em. I did so much work in the garden today. Nothing pretty. Just weeding and trying to rid the front garden of an invasive plant. Hopefully I got it all. We went for an after dinner walk down by the river. As usual, George and Lila couldn’t resist the water. I loved listening to the squeals of delight and laughter. Reminded me of the days when they were toddlers and I took them on daily adventures. I miss that.
