• Kim picked me up this morning after I dropped everyone off at school and we headed out to Abbotsford to go to Courtney’s house to help her with her photo organization troubles. Her photos have been scattered here and there and everywhere on laptops and desktops and external hard drives. Kim is an organizational genius, and I came along for the ride and to babysit Audrey. Audrey and I had a wonderful snuggle together while she napped. I would be happy snuggling babies for the rest of my life.

• George and Lila, I was a few minutes late getting back to school to pick you up. I had called ahead so you were waiting in Mrs. Bellet’s room, and were completely disappointed when I showed up. You were hoping to hang out with her for a long long long time.
