day 26: 67 days of summer
Day 26. We travelled home today, but first stopped at Smitty’s for our traditional breakfast, and got to meet up with Ken and Betty, Andrew and Meghan and Ruby…and I didn’t get any photos! Total fail. We then carried on to mom and dad’s old house where they met the new owners and dug up some plants. I asked Katie to take a photo of me down by the lake. I wonder how many hours of my life have been spent there. Next stop - Luke and Claire’s new property on Deka Lake. They' just started clearing a drive way yesterday and have made such good progress! It was a long hot trip home. 39 degrees in the canyon. Hot weather does not agree with me. At all.
